​Payment plans:
Offered on a case-by-case basis. Our typical plans start with a 20% deposit and require the full balance to be paid within 30-60 or 90 days.
Please inquire about a plan specific to this animal.
All deposits are non-refundable.
Shipping Policy
We process and ship in-stock merchandise Monday through Friday. Please allow 48 hours from time of ordering for your order to be processed (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

UK orders are shipped at a flat rate of £3.95 for next working day delivery. For international orders please get in touch for a shipping price before placing an order.

If you require your livestock purchase to be couriered to you, you must contact Reptimove and arrange the transportation. The buyer is required to pay the courier fee.
Collection - in some cases livestock can be collected from Urban Constrictors but this would have to be agreed prior to a purchase/deposit been placed on an animal. Minimum purchase for guaranteed collection is £600 unless otherwise agreed. All livestock bought by a Patreon member is a guaranteed collection regardless of the value of the order.
Return Policy
If there is a problem with your order you must get in touch within 48 hours of delivery.

Exchanges/replacements for merchandise can only be made for damaged items, and photographic proof will be required.

If you are dissatisfied with your merchandise order, we offer a 14 day customer satisfaction guarantee. Simply send us your purchase in the condition it was sent in and we will issue a full refund including the original postage & packaging cost. Return shipping is at the cost of the customer.

Livestock guarantee - Urban Constrictors guarantee to supply you with a healthy correctly fed, correct gender snake. In the unlikely event that we do not fulfil our promise, get in contact within 48 hours of receiving your snake.
